The local community college will build a new science building that is estimated to take 18 months, involve 100 stakeholders and cost an estimated 3 million dollars. Is this project considered a Large Scale Project?
Project Scenario 2
The local fire department is going to replace three fire trucks that are being donated by a state agency and the effort will involve approximately 10 stakeholders. Is this project considered a Large Scale Project?
Project Scenario 3
The small Town of Everywhere has approved the installation of a new water treatment facility to improve the quality of water to support safe drinking water based on anticipated new residential buildings and commercial shopping and dining plans that the town expects to draw more residents and visitors to live, work and visit. At what level is this project communicated?
Project Scenario 4
The local police department is going to implement a new project management process that includes a governance process that requires stakeholders to vote on which projects receive approval and how they are prioritized. The department handling the governance process will use an online voting mechanism that allows users to submit anonymous votes, limits one vote per person, automatically tally’s the votes, and produces a report that shows the voting outcomes for each project. At what level is this project communicated?
