Forming an effective team is one of the hardest things to do when the process is not managed correctly. Bruce Tuckman developed a model of team formation with four stages. The fifth step was later added to form the following five stages, as illustrated in the image that follows (“5 stages of a team development Tuckman,” 2020):
Forming
Storming
Norming
Performing
Adjourning

Most teams follow these stages to deliver high performance. These stages start when a group first meets and then separates as the project ends (“5 stages of a team development Tuckman,” 2020).
Describe a time when you or someone you know was required to work on a team, either in school or the workplace. Share the strategies that the team adopted to manage the teamwork process. Discuss any ethical and legal experience that you or anyone you know has faced with a healthcare provider or any business. Describe what happened and what steps were taken to resolve the issue. Decide whether or not you feel that the steps taken were appropriate to resolve the case. Provide arguments as to why you think your position is best. Think of a way to improve your peer’s post.
