Forming an effective team is one of the hardest things to do when the process is not managed correctly. Bruce Tuckman developed a model of team formation with four stages. The fifth step was later added to form the following five stages, as illustrated in the image that follows (“5 stages of a team development Tuckman,” 2020):

Most teams follow these stages to deliver high performance. These stages start when a group first meets and then separates as the project ends (“5 stages of a team development Tuckman,” 2020).

It has been reported that because liability is a major factor in healthcare delivery and because healthcare delivery systems and practitioners seek to minimize liability whenever possible, risk management has become a necessary practice component (Judson & Harrison, 2021). Risk management is one approach to reduce the likelihood of a malpractice lawsuit.
Discuss any ethical and legal experience that you or anyone you know has faced with a healthcare provider or any business. Describe what happened and what steps were taken to resolve the issue. Decide whether or not you feel that the steps taken were appropriate to resolve the case. Provide arguments as to why you think your position is best. Think of a way to improve your peer’s post.
