Review the HBR article from this week’s resources (Define Your Personal Leadership Vision – Uploaded to files.) to help you define a leadership vision. Then, review the following resources from this week and use them to help you apply your leadership vision to your work. Resources beyond the resources below and the textbook are not required for this week’s post. This week’s post should be more of a conversation. Although you should provide citations for information used from the sources, APA format will not be graded this week. Please make sure you are, however, within the required word count.

Make sure to articulate your personal vision of leadership in a concise way that could be used in a job interview. When articulating this vision, consider what you stand for, how your view yourself as a leader, and how that meshes with your current career or a career you would like to start.
