Description
Write a reflection paper discussing your Weekly Logs and Personal Fitness Assessment results after having completed your 6 Bi-week personal fitness program. Include a Pre and Post Fitness Assessment result expressed in percentage improvement, changes in lean and fat mass, and target heart rate. Also, include a discussion of the behavior modification strategies you employed and how effective they were.
This Paper must be a minimum of 3 full pages in length with a 4th-page cover sheet. It must be typed in Times New Roman Font 12 pt font double spaced. You must upload your paper here on to Blackboard.
* I am a woman, 34 years of age, and fit. My weight is 123lbs today and my goal is to gain at least 5lbs. I lift moderate weights, most of my workouts for this course will revolve around walking and rollerblading 2-3 times a week along with light weight lifting in my home gym and resistance band training. I will also be taking 1 pilates class a week for a 45 min session. Please let me know if there are any questions regarding this paper.
